What you get

The whole app,
on the free tier.

  • Training

    Plans that respond

Your plan is built from the equipment you have, your experience, your injuries and your rest days. Finish a session and the next one adjusts.

  • Records

    Rep-max PRs, not just totals

Your best single, double, four-rep and eight-rep are tracked separately for every lift. Beat any one of them and it is a new record.

  • Progression

    XP, levels and streaks

Every workout and finished quest earns XP. You level up, build a streak, and can see the lot at a glance.

  • Competition

    Quests and leaderboards

New quests every week, and leaderboards for your city and your country.

  • Social

    Your gym, in the app

Follow other athletes, share your sessions, and join your gym or a community. You choose who can see you and who can message you.

  • Analytics

    Charts that never guess

Training balance, recovery and body measurements. If FitRealm does not have the data, it says so rather than making a number up.

Rep-max PRs

One PR number
hides four.

Most apps only save your heaviest lift. But adding 5 kg to your set of eight is real progress, and a one-rep max will never show it.

FitRealm keeps a separate record for each rep range, on every main lift. So you have four records to beat instead of one, and you can see which one is actually improving.

Inside the app

Built for the gym floor.

Every screen below is a real screenshot from the app. No mock-ups, nothing staged. Each pair shows two parts of the same feature — tap the card behind to bring it to the front.

Today · Trends

The day, in three rings.

Food, water and sleep sit at the top of your home screen. Under them is today's workout, with every exercise listed and one button to start it.

  • Your targets come from your weight, height, age and how much you train
  • Tap a ring to log food, water or sleep right there

Your weight, over time.

See your weight trend, your BMI, and how much has changed over the last week and month. Every point on the chart is a weigh-in you entered yourself.

  • Body fat and muscle are only ever numbers you type in
  • Switch between week, month, year and all time
Quests · XP

Every quest pays XP.

Each week gives you a short list of jobs: log your sleep, hit your steps, lift a total amount, set a new record. Every one shows what it pays before you start.

  • Weekly and monthly quests, each with their own reset day
  • Only work you log counts towards them

And the XP is yours to keep.

Finished quests stay on your list with the date and the XP they paid. Your level is all of that XP added up, and there is no other way to raise it.

  • XP is paid once, for the session that earned it
  • Levels unlock characters and frames, never features
Socials

Your gym is already on the map.

We load gyms from public map data, so yours is probably already in there. Pick it and you show up on its member list.

  • Over 200,000 gyms across the nine countries we launch in
  • Gym missing? Report it and we will get it added

Join a crew.

Communities are small on purpose: the people at your gym, a training style, a sport. Each one has a wall, a member list and real events you can turn up to.

  • Posts, comments, messages and events, all in one tab
  • Block or report anyone, anywhere in the app
Progression

Ranks you earn, not buy.

You start as a New Recruit and climb from there. Every rank is tied to something countable: workouts finished, days of streak held, levels reached.

  • A locked rank tells you exactly what is left to do
  • Your current rank shows next to your name

Pick your character.

Levelling up unlocks pixel characters, frames and banners. They are yours for good, they are purely for looks, and at launch there is no way to buy them.

  • The character you pick shows on your profile and your posts
  • Characters, frames and banners unlock separately
Logging

Logging a set takes seconds.

Weight, reps, done. Your target rep range is already on the screen, so the only thing left to decide is how hard to push.

  • Warm-ups, working sets and rest timers all in one place
  • Works in kilos or pounds, whichever you prefer

Food by name, or by barcode.

Search for a food by name, or tap Scan and point your camera at the barcode. The calories and macros fill themselves in, and you can edit them before saving.

  • Nutrition from USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts
  • The app tells you these numbers are estimates, right where you log them

Your data

Your data stays yours.

  • Your training stays inside FitRealmThe free tier shows ads after launch, served by Google. Google receives the ad request on its own. Your workouts, food logs, weight and health data stay inside FitRealm. Pro, also coming after launch, removes ads entirely.
  • Your data isn't for saleWe do not sell it, rent it or share it with advertisers. Nothing you log in FitRealm is ever used to target an ad, by us or by anyone else.
  • Export or delete, from SettingsDownload everything you have logged as a file, or delete your account for good. Both are in Settings, and you never have to email anyone to do it.
  • We only store a rough locationLocation sharing is off unless you turn it on. If you do, we round your position to about 2 km before saving it. Your exact location is never stored.
  • Only your step countIf you connect Health Connect, FitRealm asks for your step count and nothing else. No heart rate, no sleep, no weight.
  • We never make a number upBody fat and muscle are only ever what you typed in. FitRealm will not guess how much muscle you gained and then show it to you as a fact.

Questions

Questions you
might have.

29 September 2026, on Android. There's no waitlist and no sign-up — it goes live on the Play Store that day.

Nothing. The free tier is the complete app, not a trial with the good parts removed. Training plans, rep-max PRs, XP, streaks, quests, leaderboards and the social side are all included.

Not at launch. FitRealm is Android first, and we do not have an iPhone date yet. We would rather say nothing than promise a date we cannot keep.

No. You tell FitRealm what equipment you have and it builds your plan around that. A home setup works just as well as a full gym.

Download everything as a file, then delete your account from Settings. Deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone: your profile, workouts, logs, posts, messages and photos all go with it. The privacy policy is already published, in full.

FitRealm needs an internet connection to save your training. We know gym basements are a real problem and we are working on it, but we will not claim offline support we have not built yet.
